Posidon — the sailing school, at 1 Union St., Blue Marina Ashdod, operating since 1985 ("the site", "we"), respects users' privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide. This policy explains what information is collected, how we use it, to whom it may be disclosed and what your rights are. It applies to this site and to our contact channels — phone, WhatsApp and email.

• Information you provide voluntarily — name, phone, email and other details you enter in contact or registration forms.
• Technical information — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and usage data, collected via cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

• Contacting you and responding to your inquiries.
• Providing the services, courses and registration for them.
• Improving the site and service, and statistical analysis.
• Sending updates and promotions — only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers acting on our behalf and solely to operate the site and service, including: Google services (such as Google Analytics, Google Maps and displaying reviews), Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), the WhatsApp contact service, as well as hosting and email providers. All of these are subject to their own privacy policies. In addition, information will be disclosed when required by law or by a competent authority.

We take reasonable measures to secure the information. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed over the internet.
