Combined track · International Skipper (ISSA) + Israeli Skipper M30

Welcome to the combined skipper course! It prepares you for every exam — theory and practical — for the Israeli Meshit 30 licence (yacht up to 24 m) and the international ISSA certification. Shortened process: first the international licence, then the Israeli one with reduced requirements — only 2 theory exams and a practical.

What the combined track requires

🎂Age 18 and up — to obtain the Israeli M30 skipper license and the international one.
🩺A signed medical examination form — an eye test and a general check-up (the "Blue Form").
🎓International skipper training (ISSA), 2 theory exams (Seamanship C + Coastal Navigation) and one practical exam.

How the course works

Step by step, and we're with you

Start with the international course — covering all the topics for operating a vessel up to 24 m.

Move on to the M30 training — 2 theory exams: Seamanship C and Coastal Navigation (study booklets and sample tests included).

A practical course on a sailing yacht — seamanship, navigation and mechanics out on the water.

Another 6-8 training sessions with us and a test — until you get the license.
